LIPA CD collection

CD Collection LIPA LRC

The LIPA LRC holds a specialised collection of resources on the performing arts and related disciplines.  It includes a collection of over 8000 CDs covering a wide range of popular music, including recordings from LIPA’s own Alumni.  A listening station is available for LRC users and visitors. The LRC also provides a range of contemporary plays, piano/vocal selections on a wide selection of popular music and musical theatre, and a selection of DVD recordings, including recordings of student performances.  Our book collection is tailored to suit the programmes of study offered at LIPA, and covers subjects such as arts management, sound technology, stage management, lighting, costuming and dance. The LRC is also home to a display about our historic building and its conversion into the Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts.
